Kyle started his career in 2009 after graduating with an honours degree in Kinesiology from Wilfrid Laurier University. He furthered his education with a Masters of Science degree in Physiotherapy from McMaster University in 2013. After graduating, Kyle has continued his education in the areas of manual therapy, acupuncture and concussion rehabilitation. He is trained in the use of Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), cupping, and acupuncture. Kyle believes in creating individualized treatment plans to meet the specific needs of the patient. Kyle has most recently completed both the Arthritis Society’s Getting a Grip on Arthritis® osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis education program. Ahmad Mansour holds a Bachelor Degree in Physiotherapy from Beirut Arab University, Lebanon, and recently graduated from Mohawk College’s Diploma in Health Wellness and Fitness program, Canada. Ahmad is also a Certified Personal Trainer holding certifications from both IFBB (International Federation of Body Building) and NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association). Ahmad has a wide range of experience in the healthcare and fitness field, specializing in musculoskeletal and sports injuries varying between sprains, strains, dislocations, fractures, traumas, bruises, and cramps. His 6 - year extensive experience in the industry allows him to develop a passion to help individuals recover from their injuries. Ahmad believes a thorough assessment needs to be conducted to determine the root cause of the problem, and then develop an individualized treatment plan to alleviate pain and improve function. This may include techniques such as manual therapy, cupping therapy, dry needling, McKenzie technique, exercise therapy, and the use of modalities such as electrotherapy, heat/ice, and shockwaves. Priscilla is a Registered Reflexologist in good standing with the RRCO. She has been a Reflexologist for 10 yearsand is certified in Foot and Hand Reflex. She is hoping to add Essential Head massage this summer. She enjoys treating patients, seeing their improvement and providing them with deep states of relaxation, helping eliminate toxins and easing their pain, stress and anxiety. Sarah has been practicing massage therapy for nearly 8 years after graduating from Mohawk College’s Massage Therapy program with honours in 2016. Since then Sarah has been in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario while working in Ancaster. Sarah is now back in her home town to continue growing her practice and serving her clients healthcare needs.

Before pursuing a career in physical health Sarah lived a very physical lifestyle, enjoying lifting weights, running, playing volleyball and baseball and practicing meditation. Movement is a huge part of our lives and maintaining, if not improving, our physical health is a cornerstone of the quality of life we experience. Sarah is excited to be apart of that effort for her clients.
